Every time I put Sadie on the floor she rolls over onto her tummy within five minutes. She's been rolling over for a few weeks now, but of course when my mom was here she didn't do it once! So here's proof...
By the way, she is wearing her first pair of jeans! Aren't they cute? Thanks Mel!
And here are both kiddos a few minutes later.
Sorry, the focus is way off here but I still thought it was really cute. I have no idea what was so funny!
I know it's been a while since I posted, so I'll give you guys a few extra pictures in this post, okay. Good.
Can't believe she is three months old already.
-love, love, love all her curls, especially right after her bath
-she started smiling last month but now we can really get her laughing too
-she is fascinated by Daddy and her big brother (the feeling is not mutual with big brother yet)
-loves to be held
-loves to eat ANYTHING, including the blanket during tummy time
-wearing size 6 month sleepers
-she's an excellent bubble maker
-and she likes to stick our her tongue
-Enjoy! I'll try to be better about posting more often, but no promises.
Look who finally got a kitchen! I've been telling Ken for months how much Kaden likes to pretend cook. He's had his own drawer in our kitchen for the past year or more, and it mostly just has my measuring cups, a few other items I rarely ever use, and whatever else he feels like keeping in there. (You know - the odd sock, his new watch, a page from a coloring book that his cousing Carlee colored for him, etc.) Even before his first birthday he liked to "stir" things and pretend he was making soup. So now he has his very own kitchen, complete with an oven (regular and microwave), refridgerator, stovetop, a sink, and it even came with some cookware. He loves to cook, and will take any request. Pancakes and coffee are his specialties. If you come over for a visit, be careful what you order, bum cream has been the main ingredient in most everything lately. (He did not learn the term "bum cream" from me, I am blaming his father on that one, as he has been giving Kaden his nightly bath.) Anyway, I think he really means to say whip cream or sour cream, both of which he really likes.
P.S. - Thanks again for the boots Lori, as you can tell he loves them!
